Pei Wei Asian Diner in Dallas

The staff here is super friendly, and their food is good! This is definitely the Pei Wei to go to, if you're looking for a fast service, too! I wish there was more than just 5 stars! Otherwise, I would give this place like 7 stars!!Quick s/o to Evelyn, Ashley, Mireyah, Leann (sorry if I spelled your name wrong), Oscar, and that other male food server (forgot his name lol), for providing such a great service!! You what they say: "The better the attitude, the better the service."

If you order online around 5 or 6 PM prepare to wait for awhile.

Always a great experience at this location!!! My honey seared tofu and vegetables was amazing, the place was clean and the service was fast and friendly. This will be the only location we frequent from now on. Back again, and no that's not the same pic. I'm just a creature of habit and love the Honey Seared Tofu and vegetables.

Not finna wow you but its affordable friendly and fast

A thick, gloopy mess. It's the only way I can describe it. Pei Wei is a good go too for me but this location has ended up with severely overcooked food for me on multiple occasions and the sauce... it's just gotten thicker, and more like glue than an actual sauce. I can't work out

Absolutely terrible transformation in the quality of the food at Pei Wei. It has become a completely different chain. The service has gone downhill as well. My family had decided not to return about two weeks ago, but we gave it another shot today, just hoping to see some glimpse of the old beloved Pei Wei that we used to frequent at least twice a week. It was a bitter disappointment. The food was not worth finishing. The staff had told us they were making all these changes to try to compete with Panda Express. I always considered Pei Wei to be in an entirely superior league than Panda Express and didn't frequent Panda. Now, sadly and ironically, we have switched to Panda when we want fast take out. P.F. Chang's is still great when we are willing to hassle with the mall traffic and higher price point.

Overall, this place has great food. But if you have allergies, I suggest you stay away from here. Again, great food but NOT allergen friendly, even if they say so. I have celiac and they did not cater to my needs.

this is a good location. The employees are always friendly. And they have never run out of hot sour soup when I've been in!. Pro-tip go to Costco and buy the gift cards for 25% offAlso good is the Kung Pao chicken, ask for extra sauce and switch out the rice for noodles!

The food was fresh and hot out of the wok or fryer and the restaurant was not busy at all (8:30-9pm). There was a kind of a big drawback. We ordered spring rolls and they were dropped off a short time after we were seated and about 5 min later one of two entrees came out. For entrees we had beef & broccoli and lettuce wraps. The wraps came out about 6 min after the beef and broccoli. The two employees working the front were busy talking with each other instead of asking were the rest of our order was....

This restaurant has tasty Asian food. Everything I have ordered was good. The staff was also friendly and efficient.

A great chinese bistro with a good food and very good atmosphere. Caught between a fast food and sit down eatery with very good healthy dishes to choose from and you can create your own meal.

After a hard day at the office, it's nice to just give my kitchen a break and head over to Pei Wei!

I love Pei Wei! The dish that I like the best, Orange Beef, is not even on the menu but they make it for me anyway and they make it just the way I ask. I also like the drink machine that has lots of choices and they keep it fully stocked, unlike a lot of places that have those machines.Thanks Pei Wei!

So this is my second time eating meals at a Pei Wei... , first time at this location. I loved the decor and customer service. Shout out to Alexandria my hostess and all the staff , I enjoyed the service. Loved the flavours in the Thai Mango and I also loved how my hostess assisted me in making great choices to make my experience great (especially since I am still pretty new to the cuisine).. I will definitely be giving your restaurant another visit, sooner than later.

The food is fine but they use Doordash to deliver, and when it arrives an hour and a half late (even after giving a tip) it is not worth it.

The new Cauliflower rice is absolutely terrible. Three of us got it to go and were very excited. All of us threw it away. It was not cooked or seasoned at all. I was surprised that Pei Wei wouldn't put forth the effort to capture this growing trend. Oh well, so much for this place being back in the rotation.

Food taste great, dining room need some attentions.

Ordered pad thai, they forgot the order, 10 minutes later I asked for it, the person said oh, I thought it was to go. Still no food.

Clean and nice place

I got chow mein with beef instead of chicken, but they only put chicken in it. It still tasted good, but the eggrolls were gross.

Disgusting Disgusting! Order General Tso w/noodles and with chicken... asked for the small portion and was informed they no longer have the small portion only Large size, funny cause the Irving location i went to on Friday for lunch off of McAuther has the small 6.99 portion, and by the way it was amazing. I always order a small portion, cause 1. The quality is better 2. i dont have to waste any food. Anyways, against my better judgment, i ordered the reg/large portion. Got home, took the lid off, presentation looked horrible, got way more noodles than i did the actual sauce and chicken0. Will not go to this location again!

Greeted by a really friendly team and manager. The food was brought out promptly and was exactly what I ordered. Everything was really clean.

I give the because the orange is WAY (pun intended) too spicy. Otherwise the restaurant is a good spot with. A pleasant staff that make the right efforts.

Well, it’s finally happened! We found the Best Pei Wei in DFW! I can’t believe it took us this long! We blame ourselves. We thought we had been to all of the locations in the metro area and then some. But, we saved the best for last. This location was clean. The temperature of the restaurant was comfortable. The food was delicious and cooked to our specifications. It was brought to our table by a young lady with a smile and pleasant attitude. We are going to buy a lottery ticket on our way home because this has been a perfect experience!

Great customer service and great food. Had the Mongolian beef today and it was delicious as usual. Going to try the polynesian poke bowl next time.

My family loves Pei Wei. We get whatever orange chicken on rice dish they have available, and then of course the signature lettuce wraps. Noodles, Honey-seared chicken, and maybe something new to round out our usual meal there.Lettuce wraps pro-tip: eat everything but the lettuce with fork or spoon, and then taie bites of the lettuce. Sweeping solution to drip, creation of the wrap itself, and then said wrap falling apart..on your lap. Try my method!I have 5 kids, and the place is generous with the fortune cookies. Need I say more?!

Who hasn't had Pei Wei by now? If you have then you know what to expect from this place. Clean, pleasant staff, good quality food, quick service. I'd continue to go to this place.
